Analysis of For someone
For someone tonight
My cares will unite
To bridge a barren gap
Of years lain to waste
From my disgrace
Or merely a mishap
I try not to wonder
But my mind is asunder
From where life was so bright
I try not to ponder
The azurial yonder
Where next time I might
For someone tonight
My heart will alight
To summon my awakening spirit
For I am alive
And until death shall strive
But struggle forever within it.
