Analysis of Forest of Life

The forest, the sea of leaves, perfectly green.
Life thriving on the rooted soil floor.
Birds sound of cheer, but they can't be seen.

The forest, the sea of leaves, is forevermore.
Critters in the canopy, basking in the sun, enjoying the day.
But to all, the forest is their home, their core.

The forest, the sea of leaves, is all but gray.
Colors, flying and crawling, swaying in the breeze.
The forest is one being, one that will always stay.

The forest, the sea of leaves, contains not just the trees,
But it is the home to many creatures, from squirrels to sloths to bees.
