Analysis of The Letter

I wrote you a letter just the other day
A letter that was sealed with a kiss,
My eyes were dry when I wrote the words
But you know me girl, coz it's you I miss.
No greater sadness has my heart felt
Than the day when we said our goodbyes,
A heavy pain filling each and every beat
But who during each passing night cries.

No greater wish could be less than to be with you
Or that of to be holding you in my arms so tender,
Come hail, rain or shine I know it will be delivered.
Or in your silent rage you will return it to sender.
So please my love, for the sake of our love
Open this letter with a sense of caring pride,
And when you've read it answer quickly
For the answer must be you'll be my bride.
