Analysis of The Freshman
Nauseating heat:
Perspired forehead collides in relief
With a damped polka-dot hankie
Every three and the half minutes.
Restless feet,
Released from a sandal's death-grip,
Rubbing each others backs offensively-
Wanting to start a mild fight.
Faux-leathered seat,
Dripping sweat bombs down the sides,
Like a volcano in glory spits out lava-
With no apologies nor regrets.
Your heart beat:
Lost in the rhythm of the ride's bravery,
Trying to comprehend the idea of
This bus taking you to an adulthood.
Good luck, you thought,
Here I come!
