Analysis of Shadows on a swing
Seesaw, swing
Upon a carousel, merry worlds
Going, round and round
But, at certain times
All things must stop
So we start to sing
Going home for dinner now
And the stories of the day
We wish to bring
But, wait
Where have all our parents gone?
Still, working hard
With reasons of support
And keeping happy families
Even after sunsets of way too late
Where time passages lead
Now, loneliness upon a swing
A slowing merry go round
And no more children
Or going home
Now, lives played out
Across the city streets
