Analysis of Rush

streets are closed
parade in town, like the one
I saw once...in love...

a sudden rush, the past is calling, start fresh? maybe
border-line boring, encoring, 2 cents for scoring
like a missed bus, diss us, threw down the gauntlet, avoid the crush
for the one who stopped calling, knowingly, fold the royal flush
no wake up the next morning...
hello hello, smiles colored yellow, feedback for the fellow
who calls him mellow? no sleep on the other side of the medal
who cares about living on meadow, a widow next to empty window?
brings horror of life on a down low, another low blow makes you bow low
with an empty bowel, pass the towel, life gets crazy sometimes, so stay hollow
but never shallow, the day they meet, no words - just vowels...
and a life complete, for a moment of happy-ness, smooth finess, just enough
to keep it under excess...
always simple, always complex, no give or take, no pause no break
no applause no cake, just together, for good-godness-sake, sociatal fake, evanescent
like a dying snow-flake...never fate, always self-made - completion of a circle, very rare,
but always - great...

true lies, realize through wide open eyes, it's all good, there's no surprise...
return to everyday life in disguise, come back for more, an encore, behind closed doors,
keep the circle whole, or keep the heart with a hole...
