Analysis of Piano Poltergeist

Piano pressed keys
pressing against me
Pressing the melodies
of sweet dreams and symphonies
simply to be
near you
To listen to the pressing ivory made hymns
beneath my hands
is to hear you
The gentle strings
vibrate and ache within
as they fade
Love marking me forever
through the music
that plays your memory in melody
sending me to heaven
on a feather
together on a breeze
beyond the clouds
the sounds of our pounding hearts
close to eternity
but this is just a dream
and the melody playing
is just a reminder of your voice
and without you
I am just a ghost
playing out of tune
while the piano consumes me...
