Analysis of My Prayer

Everywhere I look I see anger, so much pain
another love forsaken because they loved in vain.
I'm just another soul wandering and lost
my armor filled with holes from the battles I have fought.
Lord I hope your listening as I send to you a prayer
please rescue me from misery, this place of my despair.
As i lay me down to sleep I pray my soul you'll save
inside these walls are where I weep, please help me to be brave.
liers and deceivers, kings and vegabonds
crusaders and believers, magicians and their wands
the greed and hate, it lingers and casts it's wicked
spell, can't you hear god weeping for his childrens fate is h***.
