Analysis of In the tavern gambling
Gambling
a nice caption
for a vague adventure
inside the tavern
where silks are torn
there dump the aged faces
with rapples
on their cheeks
and a pipe
which ejects smokes
fixed on their sturdy-long lips;
half intoxicated,
they call
the mr barman
"more bottles and fire!"
"i will win this draft"
shout one
"no way"
rebuck two
red-green-blue
turn the floor
as the white gin
chameleonise
grandpa spending his retirement
with top stories
of the wars.
And those gambled-off
enjoying his tales
as their eye and mouths flung open
as he plant into them
"...my team cross'd the chad...."
".....a battalion was court-martial'd that week...."
yes!they were,
for with the tavern battalion,
another war is eminent!
