Analysis of I'd rather not!
I could be your muse,
your consolation prize,
the fool you keep to see your own
reflection in their eyes.
I could be the ace
that’s hidden up your sleeve,
your secret to a winning hand
that no one else can see.
And just because I slightly
peak your curiosity,
I could be the need that fills
whatever she can’t be.
I could be your side dish,
just enough to hit the spot
but I find myself conceding
that I believe I’d rather not!
