Analysis of Four More Years

Until three weeks ago, I was a man, rather, I was the man. A wealthy hotshot industrialist with a big family and countless connections. I gave that all up when i got a job in Idaho at the Phillis Wheatley Memorial Rest Stop as the nighttime security guard. No one from the past knows who I am, know one knows where I went. I even legally changed my name to Matt Busby. I show up, 5PM-5AM, and do my job. No one needs to know who I am, no one needs to talk to me or know my name. I don't even know anyone's name. Except for Steve, at least i think his name is Steve, that's what his nametag says; he gives my "the nod" every evening as we walk past each other on the stairs, him loosening his tie as he rushes down to the parking lot to go home. That isn't for me, I'm happy where I am. So whenever life is overwhelming and you feel you just can't go on, remember that the best feeling in the world is being no one.
