Analysis of Bust Of Moses

The noble bust of Moses sits squarely on my desk.
He's looking off to heaven
in stillness, statuesque.
The facial cast of Moses displays resolute will.
He's looking off to heaven
while masters he must kill.
The expression of Moses illuminates a shine.
He's looking off to heaven
hugging tablets divine.
The leadership of Moses is seen at the Red Seas.
He's looking off to heaven
as Hebrews pass with ease
The amazement of Moses reflects the burning bush.
He's looking off to heaven
hearing voices in swoosh.
The sculpture captures Moses in a powerful pose.
He's looking off to heaven
as if it's God he chose.
