Analysis of Audience Absent A Stage
people putting on their plastic faces
sipping gin till the sour dawn
in restless anticipation
some truths to be unleashed
lies to come undone
Hideous desires dancing
with teeth and hips
in a crowd of wanderers
relentlessly unconcious of the journy
hidden from the moon
and they come back for more
madness of the night outside
in exchange for a careless impersonation
have you been fooled?
lured through the door
and now you can't hear the crikets anymore?
