If you feel the stress, feel the strain
Have hyper tension, a worried brain
A frustrated mood, find breathing a pain
Ask God for help, he won't refrain.
If you feel depressed, bored and helpless
Anxiety rising, u feel worthless
Anger on a high, tired and careless
Ask God for help, he will surely bless.
If you feel bitter, ascerbic like hell
Want to break free or hide in a shell
Cribbing to your best, criticism you sell
Tired and lost, he is the only one you can tell!!
