Analysis of 12 Haiku of my year

Cold January
Winter wonderland of snow
It has its beauty

Febuary's rain
Slowly melting the landscape
Changing the picture

Breezy march arrives
Dancing with the daffodils
Stirring in the wind

April flowering
Proudly showing her beauty
The cuckoo's singing

Mild may blossoming
Lambs skipping over meadows
Lighter warmer days

June season of growth
Hot days warm scented evenings
Holds our longest day

July cooling rains
Stawberries and a cream tea
The meadow to mow

August fields of gold
Corn swaying in the warm air
Waiting to mature

September holds fast
Ripening fruits to be picked
The sun still shines on

Cooler October
Squirrels scurrying around
Finding nuts to store

November's colours
Woodland walks and wild mushrooms
Hot fires roast chestnuts

A dark December
Shortest days all lies dormant
A star shines above.
