Analysis of **Complaisance
Bring the cherries,
Bake a pie!
Bring the food,
Dishes to dry!
Bring the clothes,
Prepare the line!
Bake the bread,
Cracklin’s to try!
Bring the books,
Reading to do!
Bring the meat,
Put on the stew!
Bring the newspaper,
Events to follow!
Turn to the “obits,”
Bring the iron,
Clothes to press!
Bring the children,
Time to get dressed!
Bring the knife. . .!!
**complaisance - the inclination to comply willingly with the wishes of others.
