Analysis of Douse the Flames
RJ Intindola – (Gandolfo) – 1977 1950 (Miami)
You burn with the flames of desire for someone that
does not notice or pay attention to you.
Your love affair has not even begun, and the flames
are now burning into your soul.
Everyone has felt love that was never returned, and
we struggle to cope with uncertainty.
Before extinguishing the fire within you, you should
tell them how you feel.
It is more appropriate to do it in person; face-to-face,
but if you cannot, a letter will suffice.
At least you will know the truth about their feelings.
If you do nothing, the flames will grow stronger.
Taking a chance and losing is better than never
knowing what could have been.
You can douse the flames; you must first walk away.
Only then can you be transformed.
Only then, can you be reborn.
