Analysis of Citrus Punch

Take juice from two limes,
an orange, a large lemon,
zest from the rinds,
and slivers of ginger;
twelve ounces of diet Ruby Red Squirt,
and thirteen jiggers of gin
(because vodka doesn't rhyme).
Cover and shake until thoroughly confused.
Sip slowly.
Serves one.
