Analysis of time
as quiet as the rain falls on a cloudy night...
as silent as the dew arrives in the dawning light...
a flame is lit, a love is born.
that love it dies, a heart is torn.
the world is seen through brand new eyes.
those eyes grow dim, a mother cries.
as the world turns, it grows life anew.
that life snuffs out, its time is due.
all throughout, the ages past.
it marches on an ageless path....
.................................................time.
