Analysis of Sinful Prayer

One kiss of his red poison lips
The taste, touch, and soul of his fire
The sin of this innocent feeling
Pounding of desire
One then another
As tempting as the first
But, then stopped and pulled away
Even in the future, the past is remembered
That second, minute, hour and day
No longer caged into love
This love is chosen,
This love is free,
Free to taste the poison again
