Analysis of Big Brown Eyes

Those big brown eyes
The first night I cried
How I
tried and I tried
But no one
compared
The brown twinkle
In his eye
How I smile
Every time i hear his name
The bane
Of my existence
 falling in love
But no reciprocation
If only I tried
Feelings might die
But those big brown eyes
Will always make me feel
More alive
But
My big blue eyes
Make no dent in his heart
As I fall apart
Hoping he’ll reach out his hand
To grab the pieces
Before they fall into the never ending existence
I only want to exist with you
I cry
Silence
Is his reply

About this poem

This poem is about a boy that I have been in love with for 4 years! On the first year of liking him and he didn’t feel the same (but he was really sweet about it) however, I was unable to get over him after he turned me down and here I am now 4 years later, writing poems and day dreaming about him, hoping one day he will become mine
