Analysis of SOUL SURFING

mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)

At exactly midnight, my soul goes surfing, riding the waves of my past lives. For my body is only a buried shell, but my soul has seen both heaven and hell, and they are both make-believe. My heart has seen hatred, but by love, it was relieved.

Every day, I walk a path, and that is my journey. Before I came from the universe, I had written this life story from the being to the end, not knowing what from my wishes and dreams I would send.

I saw the darkness. Now I live in the light at midnight, my soul goes surfing, continuing this many centuries years old fight
