Analysis of MUST STAY IN THE RACE

Greed, selfishness and the need for speed
No time to stop, no time to heed
Must keep up, must stay in the race
Must stay ahead, must keep up the pace
No time for the threat to the human-race
Must get more money, must work, must earn

Must run, must rush, must make more haste
Must do this, must make that, must create more waste
No time to listen, no time to learn
No time to see that this earth will burn
Must get more of this, must buy more things
No time to wonder what all this brings
Not enough time, must go, must fly
No time to realise, this world will die.
