Analysis of Pull a petal

Norrel McFadden 1988 (South Carolina)

In the quiet descent of a tear,
Emotions eloquently unfold.
You stand beside me,
Silently sharing the same sentiment.
Love, we embrace without reservation,
Thoughtless in our devotion,
Yet constructing a foundation of significance,
A sublime structure of shared existence.
Some argue that understanding eludes us,
As we traverse the moments,
Not truly comprehending,
But rather acknowledging the passage of time.
Together, we craft a masterpiece,
A perfect tableau of emotions,
Brushing strokes upon the canvas of the heart,
Creating a vivid picture of our shared journey.
