Analysis of Subliminal Awareness

I have felt broken now and then
Within my weary mind.
What will I feel when once again
My brokenness I find?

I never cried when Mother died.
I did not cry for Dad.
I had no tears for all those years
In pain I had been clad.

I often wonder what it means
To love and be loved back;
Apparently not in my genes.
All answers I do lack.

My siblings flee, no part of me
For thirteen years or more.
We don't connect; oh what a wreck,
Estranged just like before.

I guess I could not say such stuff
To those who do not care,
But if they think I've said enough,
It shows they're unaware.
