Analysis of Earth quench
JoAnn Lindenberg 1955 (Massachusetts)
The sea rushes to shore /for the sand to be dry no more /clouds gather with rain /to quench the earth again /grass gets greener flowers bloom/ as the cloud’s overhead loom/ waiting to get a drink /to stretch up and not to sink /the clams in the sand are happy the sea is at hand .
