Analysis of The Bible.

Valiantstar 1961 (Sydney)

What's the bible?
Just another book.

Words of the wise?
Maybe gobbledegook.

Seems like a fable,
Some hard to understand.

Never out of publication,
Best seller in the land!

Power that's been wielded,
For better, and for worse.

Known through the millennium,
As a blessing and a curse.

If all was created just by His word,
Could this be the power,
The source that saves the world.

They wait in anticipation,
For the coming of the King.

I am here: In the pages,
I am covering your sin.

For now it may be hidden,
But if He opens up your eyes,
His Spirit that is given,
Will humble those once wise.

The Bible: Is it the book for everyone?
Well, if you get the call,
You may find truth and meaning,
In the greatest love of all.
