Analysis of We Are The Humanoids

We are the children,  from the distant future
We're coming to you in a " Time machine "..
We look like you,  we have the same features
We have a brain and the rest is transistors!
We are the humanoids...

We saw the good life, that our forefathers had
they lived in communes, and they called them pads..
Beatniks We're hip and cool, psychedelic fathers
But the ones who made us were the sons of punk rockers!
We are the humanoids...

You played the music, got high and got layed
We liked your records, the way they were made
We liked the way the needle moves with the grooves
But for us we get off on scorching vacuum tubes...
We are the humanoids.   ( guitar break)
We love to stay here, but we really have to go
We like your lifestyle,  and your rock and roll
But one of these days,  those that live long, will see
Futuristic offspring in the next century....We Are The Humanoids!!!
