Analysis of Racism

Racism is a poison, A Blight on humanity!
It feeds on ignorance and hatred is its fuel
Sometimes it's subtle, sometimes obvious
But whatever it's form, it always causes destruction

Under it's influence, people are worthless,
Judged only by their coloring and race they represent
Their contrast highlighted, their fates sealed
Their spirits crushed, their hopes diminished

Let us end this venomous disease,
By learning to treat each other with compassion
For every human being is deserving of respect,
And not to be mistreated due to a different skin color

It's time that we embrace our varieties,
And celebrate our differences with convergence
We should let love be our beacon on the way,
So we understand the beauty of every race

We can build a world where everyone is accepted,
Where white, black, fair, brown are all united,
It's only possible if we join hands together,
To make this world harmonious and better

About this poem

Why do we judge people on the basis of their skin when we are taught not to judge book by it's cover? We can end this misjudged behavior and live in harmony and peace. But only if we work together against this curse.
