Analysis of WHAT YOU SAID AT LAST I HEARD

mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)

You have been gone for many years now, but I finally. You have heard those words you spoke so many times in your tears. Only the pain was your body. It was not you who you were, and you wanted to go home to the place where you would be. You once were the home where things differed,

As I wrote these words, I realized I only listened and never heard exactly what you were trying to say. The body breaks down, and parts of us fade, but our minds and souls remain to stay.

There is no start. There is no end. Everything and everything is connected. There is a reason why we cross paths and grounds, why people get off along the way, and why some continue to walk beside us.

I have been strong because I was weak and weak when I was strong, the words that I heard you speak, this body is no longer who I am. At last, I finally listened.
