Analysis of mustard

i  have   mistaken  the   toothpaste   for  the   suncream
my   body is  covered   in extreme  whiteness
pale  as a  zebra  without  stripes

unable  to  find  my  swimming   costume
i  take  a  dip  in  my   neighbours   pool

be-neath   the   blue   tranquil  waters
small  fishes   reside

in  the  distance a  radio  is   on
a song  of   joni   mitchell  is   playing
unable  to  recollect   the   title

my    neighbour   is   putting  her   washing   out
pretty   blouses    drift  in   the   wind

she   removes  her  clothes   slowly
asking  if  she  could   join   in

the  pool  is   a  squeeze   for   two
i  blush  with   excitement   turning  a   bright   pink
no  longer  a  zebra without  stripes more  like   a   flamingo

in  the  close  distance
an  silhouette   of  an  angry   husband
