Analysis of Writing, if at all possible

Want to do this?
Rest for twenty minutes
Shut up, erase past thoughts
Pray, if you wish.
Get Fresh air from
Open windexed window.
Now, think back…

Something been
Bothering you lately?
Provoking you?
Stirring the Heart
Toward beauty, empathy, youth.

Make sure it’s the Truth
A thing you would
Share with friends.
Unabashed..
Nothing re-hashed.

Pleasant trends.
Never naysaying
Left of itself.
Back on the shelf
For that swill.
Must be a pill, a tonic.
For someone in need.
Troubles freed.
Just as you see it.

Amen and amen.
Now DO IT.
Pregnant, your writ.
