Analysis of And so I Breathe
Alyssa K. Johnson-Halsey 1989 (Illinois)
My body weeps for the solace that it craves
My bones ache for an existence without poison
For tired dreams haunt me and never seem to fade
I see answers out of the corners of my eyes, but the unknown scares me and and I close them
Finding peace is my design
But the path does seem impassible
This time around may not be empirical
And so I Breathe.
