Analysis of Stressed inside out

Robert E A Lapierre 1980 (Springfield Massachusetts)

Pressed betwixed supposes a whole to start,
Inward equally met with outward part.
Registered on face a struggle ensues,
Fruits or not my limbs protrudes.
If I could surround myself with space in silence,
I could hear a cacophony bow violens.
Wound so tight a pluck could break,
Instead I hold the line and shake.
What could I do to appease the demand?
Hour glass I pass inside an opening with sand.
Measured moments every grain of weight,
Hoping for a reason to wipe clean the slate.
Finding release in fur Elise
Is looking to own the moment not lease.
Comfort comes when wrapped in assurance,
Taking in the complete picture as just an occurrence.
What others fancy is another's incline,
numbers don't follow pattern when prime.
Flow of exchange in pressures encompass,
Circumnavigate ensues peace at last.

About this poem

A reflection on what I see as the reason we attribute stress to outward influences.

Reserved for who knows what, still trying to find my place in a myriad of talent. I find myself stressed in releasing my art form amongst a pack of wolves self seeking.
