Analysis of WANNA DIE?

Jasleen 2004 (Delhi)

Hurry up!
Go! Go fast!
Everyone is waiting for your death.
Go now.

Go and suicide
To make urself physically hide
When you don't get a proper guide
In your life's ride.

But adhere to the thought
Of how your mother fought
For you in her 9 month P-pain n 2 month bed rest.
Where will all that go? With you in hell dest?

And now when you lose.
Think of her getting woose.
My dear! I had all such in my predicament
And had a trillion dent.

So I recommend
Complete mend.
Live urself .
Live spraying your positive scent.

About this poem

'Wanna Die?' an self-composed ironical poem by Jasleen. In words,it urges a person to go n suicide soon. But as we go deep into it,the lyrics diverges from the urge to die and makes the reader recall the pain n sufferings his close ones specially the mother will have who have fought to give birth to her child for over a whole of a period of nine months.
