Analysis of It’s Almost Here

The air is turning chilly
The leaves are almost gone
Sky’s are turning grey at dusk
And Frost is on the lawn

The season of thanksgiving
Has come and gone again
It’s time to turn to giving
And ring a new season in

A birthday like no other
When Christ our King appears
Born from his blessed mother
To remove our earthly fears

We celebrate with tinsel
Bright bows and ribbons hung
Where trees are shining brightly
Pretty Bells will all be rung

Spirit comes with giving
Unselfish on our part
Gifts for one another
Intentions from the heart

This time is meant for joy
For blessings big and tall
It is the time for Christmas
When Christ came for one and all
