Analysis of Beyond Reasonable Doubt

Beyond whose reasonable doubt,
Can guilt or one's innocence be declared?
Or compared and to what?
Liars who deceive and then achieve,
Decision making status?
With what they do to fiction truth.
To create fantasies to have them believed?

What is reasonable about doubt?
Produced evidence with facts,
Are just that.
Facts with evidence to prove the truth.

Yet today,
As the use of common sense...
Has been threatened and chased away.
Few are afraid to publicly admit,
They are aware of truth and reality to exist.
But somehow fear,
If to openly acknowledge this?
Would have them accused of treason.
Unpatriotic faking flag wavers.
And those who willfully betray,
Liars, thieves and those who fraud...
With the ability and skill done successfully!

Above and beyond,
Reasonable doubt to define the meaning of it!
Or a guilt admitted to perform in action.
With a Bible conveniently near,
To misquote a scripture...
While claiming innocence,
Sworn to swear it in the face of God.
And ancestors buried centuries ago!
