Analysis of Destination Reached

We are who we are.
To get better at doing it everyday.
It ain't easy.
If it was meant to be,
What lessons would we learn?
From our experiences taught to teach.

And...
For what purpose will then be served.
After we have grown.
Older.
With wisdom to earn.
Left to us just to reminisce,
A loss of sharing those times we wish...
We had then said to others,
That which we had on our minds.
Regardless who did not listen.
Dismissing the opportunity and significance.

Yet...
It always seems time is the factor.
That takes us on different paths.
Eventually to discover and find ourselves,
Heading towards the same destination.
No longer avoided.
To realize our differences once to disagree.
Were more familiar.
If we took the time to listen and hear,
To us what was being said to understand.
Without competing for attention to get given.
