Analysis of It's a Mellow Vibe
It’s a mellowed out vibe
Cello playing in my ear drums
Strummin’ along my thoughts of chillaxin’
Saxin’ on a groove on my way home tonight
Underground vehicle moving at a rhythmic pace
Chasing traffic gliding smoothly
I’m feelin’ soothed
On this Thursday eve moon…
‘Cuz this is a piece of a peace that surpasses all understanding,
When you know He’s with you in companion
At all times
Wherever you go
In your life,
Rockin’ to Philippians 4:6-7,
It’s a heavenly, mellow vibe

About this poem
I wrote this on my way home from work last night while listening to jazz music. Then I had an epiphany as to why I was feeling this way, midway through the poem :)
