Analysis of The Journey
Pranav Joshi 2006 (Dubai)
We all play this game,
We all start and finish the same,
We all make it over the fence,
The journey is the only difference,
For some it's higher,
For some it may be lower,
It really depends on the terrain/
For some it may heavily rain,
Upsetting their otherwise beuatiful mane.
For others it be a winter night,
Their setting pouring with moonlight,
While they count constellations and stars,
Like a child with chocolate bars.
We can find happiness in scarce,
May we look at it to suffice,
To end these materialistic cries.

About this poem
This poem summarizes how al us humans' lives start and end the same way, ie; we start the day we are born and we end the day we die. What really matters is what we do in the interval of time we are here on this planet Earth, or our journey from birth to death.
