Analysis of Foolish For You

Cybil Flores 1998 (Dumaguete)

I am a fool that happens to be in love with a fool,
I am a fool coz I know I will only be fooled.
I am a fool coz I know he will never love me.
I am a fool coz I know cannot set myself free.

I am a fool for a man who has no heart
I am a fool for a man who has turned my life upside down
I am a fool for believing all his stories that are facts
I am Fool for all his cruel intentional act
I am a fool..... and it torns my world in a sack.

But being a fool I shall become
My love for him, I cannot overcome
I want these things to be set and done
So I can live my life like everyone
But because I am a fool
I will never be free
Because I close my eyes so I cannot see.
