Analysis of Neighborhood

Kids playing outside
Trying to tag the other is what they want to get
No one wants to be inside

Outrunning others with pride
Being chased, but don’t fret
Kids playing outside

Escaping, running to hide
Shirt drenched with sweat
No one wants to be inside

Running, dodging, escaping with a slide
They might get dirty, but they have to avoid the threat
Kids playing outside

There are the ones who lied
“I haven’t been tagged yet!”
No one wants to be inside

The liars who want to play again are denied
To teach them a lesson, make them feel regret
Kids playing outside
No one wants to be inside
