Analysis of AT A LOST FOR WORDS
Derrick E Carey 1981 (Sarasota)
I slept alone
In the streets
For so long
Having a roof
Over my head
Feels
Kind of wired
It doesn't feel
Right
I feel
Out a place
I need
To turn this place
Into a home
"AT A LOST FOR WORDS"
Every night
I think
About sleeping
Under the stars
But
When I was in the streets
I dreamed of
Having a roof
Over my head
This is
The strangest feeling
I've ever felt
I actually
Don’t know how
To feel
