Analysis of Moving On
You need to
Let go.
You need to
Stop holding on.
Your past doesn’t define you.
You need to
Move on;
I know it’s hard
And I know you feel
Like they don’t deserve forgiveness,
But you need to
Move on.
You were just
A little girl.
It was so long ago,
When your innocence was stolen,
But you’re still alive
And you’ll be okay.
You need to
Move on
Because I promise,
And I cross my heart
A million times,
You’ll be okay.
