Analysis of My Lips
no longer forced to shy away,
they became Boastful in their appearance.
blooming like a summer rose
pink and brown hues, blending Perfectly
resting softly on my face
underneath a wide nose and narrow eyes
pieces of Pride passed down for generations.
a bow to the gift that is my voice,
the gateway to my innerworld.
