Analysis of Love in the Broken

Time seems to almost stop,
me in your arms,
your lips on my neck softly.
Sometimes I wonder,
what life would've been,
if I hadn't ran,
hadn't told of the horrors,
happening behind closed doors.
Stuck in a painful daze,
as cold filled the room I felt safe in.
Getting used to the cold freezing me,
the aching as the cold turned,
to numbing the wounds that,
would soon to scar.
I wanna spend my life with you.
Wake up from terrors of nights,
you there next to me,
to help me forget the horrors,
of the broken past.
Of the betraying love of someone,
you had called father.
The one who was supposed to love.
Not hurt and brake.
