Analysis of My Bygone Friendship
We were walking holding hands.
The gripes were very firmed
least one lagged behind.
We were all friends.
Everything we shared.
There was no secrecy among us.
We were daring.
Life was fully geared.
Friendship was prior.
Career was next
Kiths and kins were far
but friends were near.
We had no apathy.
No tiredness.
Only we had the strong bondage
and endless sympathy.
Now I am groping
my hands to hold one.
Virtuous gripes are no more.
My heart is grieving.
