Analysis of Love me or not

Utopia 1986

Pedals twirl softly,
as they fall to the ground.
Surfing the air,
on their way down.
Some say yes,
others utter no.
Life stolen from them;
no more chance to grow.
Lying scrambled;
foes and friends.
Their fragrance lingers;
their color, red.
All wait for the conclusion
to form on her lips.
Only two more;
the third one just ripped.
She groans the answer
she had sought,
“He loves me,
He loves me not”.
