Analysis of Pontificate
I sometimes pontificate
Proud of my accomplishments
In how I rate
Ego inflate
In great exuberance still
If I don’t do it, then who will?
Of course, it’s the ways I do it that really count!
To what degree and what amount?
A trifle here, a holler there
To which extent I boast my fare
And my glorification depends
How breakfast, and my outlook blends
The rejection could be a heavy blow
