Analysis of And the end Is near

And the end is near
She is old
And she is
Telling God
Please take me home
I am ready for you
I lived all I am going to live
Here on earth
I can't no longer enjoy my life
Anymore
Because I have
Some diabeties
And I am so blind
Because I have lost
My eye sight from diabeties
I know that I will never see again
Also my friends that I made here on earth
I already took my time to say
Good bye to my friends
That are still living on earth
